Small Space Cat Gear is an independent informational website. Its guides must first solve a reader problem; commercial opportunities do not determine a conclusion, a link, or a topic.
The site earns commissions from clearly marked Amazon links. A shopping link must match the exact product and help with the task at hand. We currently serve no display advertising.
Research and Sources
Guides rely on official manuals and support pages for product-specific steps, veterinary references for animal-welfare boundaries, and public-safety sources for consumer and air-quality claims. Sources appear at the end of each applicable guide so a reader can inspect them directly.
Editorial judgment is limited to practical setup and maintenance choices. When a source does not support a medical, safety, performance, or compatibility claim, the site does not make that claim.
Scope and Originality Review
Before publication, a page must answer a different reader question than an existing page, include a specific small-space decision process, and add sources or an interactive planning aid where that improves the answer. Near-duplicate keyword variants, generic product roundups, and pages made primarily to carry ads or links are not published.
We remove or consolidate pages that no longer meet this standard. This is why the current library focuses on a limited set of fully developed guides and tools.
